Nate’s St. Thomas Boat Charter boat has a customized layout that has been carefully thought out to make for the most comfortable and functional platform. The boat has 35 cup holders, a custom-built dive ladder, Bluetooth stereo system, fully stocked cooler, quality snorkel gear, homemade painkiller drinks, and the most amazing Captain ever! The boat is huge and much larger in person than in the pictures. Nate has spent years designing the perfect boat and this is it! We’re a small boutique company that is all about providing quality experiences away from the crowds. Each group is unique, with a different idea of what their perfect day looks like. We are here to create those memories for you and help design the best day of your vacation. We listen to our customers’ wants and needs and use our local knowledge and insight to ensure you get the most out of your time on the water. We have four amazing captains, all experienced and a lot of fun to spend the day with. Nate has carefully selected each captain, and we have a team that is the best on the island.
The boat provides the best platform for spending the day. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance your comfort. Over the past 20 years, Nate has dedicated himself to creating a boat that simply “makes sense” and is suitable for both small and large parties. If you require a ladder, we have a custom-built dive ladder that facilitates easy entry and exit from the water. For those seeking ample shade to relax and enjoy the view, our jumbo hard top accommodates shade for at least 12 people. Additionally, there is plenty of space for sun enthusiasts to catch some Vitamin D. The boat features a full-size bathroom in case you prefer not to take a dip in the water. We provide a fully stocked cooler with an abundance of water, beer, and soda for everyone. Our captains are also Coast Guard-certified bartenders, ready to serve up the most delicious homemade painkiller drinks that are truly delightful.
We highly recommend St Thomas snorkeling with sea turtles and colorful fish, as we have numerous fantastic snorkel spots teeming with vibrant marine life and beautiful turtles. Exploring and sightseeing along breathtaking beaches is also a popular choice. Our captains are well-versed in the best beaches and secluded coves to enhance your experience. When hunger strikes, we can make a pit stop at one of the excellent local lunch spots along the way, ensuring there’s something for everyone. For those looking to maximize their time on the boat, feel free to bring snacks and sandwiches to stow in the cooler, as we have ample space. Best snorkeling charters we’ve ever done in and around Virgin Islands and we’ve been coming down for over 20yrs! A great itinerary from experienced Captains who listened to all our requests and totally overdelivered!! The boat is perfectly designed and easily handled 12 of us including little ones (6, 4 and 2 yrs old!). Max-relax-time with bluetooth speakers, island tunes, cold drinks, fun stops and a smooth ride! We’re definitely booking w/Nate’s every time we come back! Precious family memories to last a lifetime! (We booked a BVI trip which starts early (0700) for a smooth ride and a full-day, and we even came back the following week for a St Johns snorkel extravaganza which did not disappoint!)
Went on a full day trip with Captain Nate. There are no words that can describe how amazing the trip was. Captain Nate was wonderful, the boat ride was epic, and was one of the highlights of our trip to St. Thomas. Captain Nate was professional, courteous, and an overall fantastic charter guide. Don’t look any further, cause you’re not going to find a better charter, or Captain!
We had a blast with Captain Patrick on our second “Nate’s” charter tour. He found for us the best snorkel spots while focusing on our fun and safety the whole day. He was genuinely interested in showing us the best of St Thomas and St John, from the water. We had a nice lunch stop at Lovango, then a sweet relaxation and fun moment at Christmas Cove before heading back in. Would definitely do this again during our next Caribbean vacation.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Captain Patrick! He let us pick all the activities we wanted to do, and he took us to the best spots to do them. He even took us to a beach we got to enjoy all by ourselves! We really appreciated his knowledge of all things VI- he really knows his stuff! Highly, highly recommend!
